The F430's predecessor, the 360 Modena was already available as a Berlinetta and Spider in the spring of 2000. So it was only natural that the F430 should also succumb to the pleasures of the cabriolet, faithful to the great tradition of the canvas top. This new-generation 4.3-liter block, visible under an elegant transparent hood, revs up to 8,500 rpm with a metallic scream, releasing 490 hp - 90 more than the F360 Modena. A true luxury roadster entirely dedicated to the pleasure of the senses, the Spider retains all the qualities of the Berlinetta, starting with its particularly meticulous aerodynamics. The connection with the Modena is obvious, but Pininfarina has succeeded in accentuating the appeal and aggressiveness of this sharp berlinetta, while maintaining a size close to that of the previous model. At the front, the wide air intakes recall the famous "Shark Nose" of the Ferrari 156s of the 60s. The sleeker rear end borrows from the lights of the Enzo - the in-house supercar - while a spectacular diffuser betrays the extensive fairing work carried out underneath the car to optimize the ground effect at high speed. The example we present was delivered new on May 15, 2007 by the Autobedrijf dealership in Sint-Martens-Latem. In France since 2020, this F430 comes with its booklets and a folder of invoices. In 2018, during a major mechanical overhaul, the clutch and flywheel were replaced. It is finished in an elegant "Grigio Titanio Fer" with a grey leather interior. Since its acquisition in 2022, its owner has carried out meticulous maintenance in the network and at specialists. The only deviations from the original are an Alpine navigation system and a Capristo exhaust system. The engine is coupled to the wheels via a 6-speed F1 gearbox, and the clutch wear rate has been measured at 21%. The F 430's steering wheel features a large red start button and, above all, the "manettino" as F1 drivers call it. A true Maranello masterpiece and an absolute icon of its era, this F430 is sure to thrill its next driver, a marvel for the eyes and ears.

Description

Vehicle story

2007 Ferrari F430 Spider - Chassis no. ZFFEZ59B000158363 - French registration - Grigio Titanio Iron - 61,800 km Following the 360 Modena - which was already offered as both a Berlinetta and a Spider from 2000 - it was natural for the F430 to also appear as a convertible, staying true to Ferrari's tradition of fabric soft tops. Its new-generation 4.3-liter engine, visible under an elegant transparent cover, revs with a metallic scream up to 8,500 rpm and produces 490 hp - 90 more than the 360 Modena. Fully dedicated to driving pleasure, the Spider keeps all the qualities of the Berlinetta, including its carefully designed aerodynamics. The link with the Modena is clear, but Pininfarina gave the F430 sharper, more aggressive lines while keeping similar dimensions. At the front, the large air intakes recall the famous "Shark Nose" of the 1960s Ferrari 156. The rear takes inspiration from the Enzo's taillights, while the impressive diffuser shows the extensive aerodynamic work underneath the car to improve ground effect at high speed. The example presented here was delivered new on 15 May 2007 by the Autobedrijf dealership in Sint-Martens-Latem. In France since 2020, this F430 comes with its books, service records, and a file of invoices. In 2018, during major mechanical servicing, both the clutch and the flywheel were replaced. It is finished in elegant Grigio Titanio Fer with a grey leather interior. Since purchasing the car in 2022, the current owner has carried out meticulous maintenance within the Ferrari network and with specialists. The only non-original features are an Alpine navigation system and a Capristo exhaust installed by the owner. The engine is paired with the 6-speed F1 gearbox, and the clutch wear is measured at 21%. The F430's steering wheel features a large red start button and, above all, the "manettino" used by Formula 1 drivers. A true masterpiece from Maranello and an icon of its era, this F430 will thrill its next driver - a delight for both the eyes and the ears.
